How?

Make a rental car booking with VroomVroomVroom.
Find the same standard of car from the same rental provider (same pick up location, dates, times, and rental conditions) for a cheaper price somewhere else online.
Fill out our Price Promise Form (note: this must be completed within 3 days of confirming your initial VroomVroomVroom booking).
Fulfil your rental car booking as normal.
Upon completion of your rental duration, we’ll pay you the difference in price between your VroomVroomVroom rental booking and the cheaper competing offer—plus $20.

PRICE PROMISE FORM

The Fine Print

Our Price Promise applies to the inclusive cost of your car rental only. Prices for optional extras, such as GPS units, car seats, and excess reduction insurance are not included in our quotes and therefore not subject to our Price Promise.

Submitting the Price Promise Form does not guarantee you will qualify for the Price Promise. If you do qualify, we will contact you to arrange payment upon completion of your VroomVroomVroom car rental booking, and only after you have paid the car rental supplier.

We will make one Price Promise payment to you for one competing offer per completed booking; multiple applications for a Price Promise payment for the same VroomVroomVroom booking will not be considered.

Our Price Promise applies where your VroomVroomVroom car rental booking and the competing offer are:

for the same standard of car and same supplier
priced in the same currency (without the use of a currency converter)
subject to the same rental conditions (including, without limitation, insurance and extras), and
to be picked up from the same pick up location (for example, the Price Promise will not apply if the VroomVroomVroom car rental booking is for pick up from the airport collection desk but the competing offer is for pick up from an off-site airport location).

The competing offer must also be:

available online
for a rental car which is to be paid for on completion of your booking when you return the car to the supplier, and not a prepaid or packaged car rental (including where it is bundled with any other goods or services)
available to the general public
not accessible via a special discount code, coupon, or number
able to be found or recognised by VroomVroomVroom
available, and not sold out, at the time you fill out the Price Promise Form, and
able to be identified by filling out the Price Promise Form

The Price Promise does not apply to campervan bookings.
