    Intuitive site design; succinct summary of rental options (rather than hundreds I had to wade through myself), ordered sensibly (i.e. by price from lowest to highest); easy drop down menus. Would have been nice to be able to know a but more about the "mystery" options (the cars under the tarpaulins). But I suppose that would spoil the mystery!
