Booking extensions are possible, and for many rental providers, such requests are common. However, if there is limited availability of vehicles, your request for an extension may not be approved—particularly around peak travel times—and any extensions that are made to your booking will affect the total price.
If you’re yet to collect the vehicle but hoping to extend the rental duration, you can request this by contacting our customer care team. Our team is available via phone, email, or live chat.
If you’ve already picked up your rental car, you can only request a booking extension by contacting your rental provider directly. Please be aware that the VroomVroomVroom team won’t be able to assist in this instance. Furthermore, your rental provider may not be able to approve your request for an extension if no vehicles are available; your specific rental car may have already been reserved by another customer.
