If you are visiting New Zealand, #MilfordSound is definitely one of the most famous attractions you need to get a snap at or people will probably ask if you really visited this country. Situated at the most northern and accessible end of Fiordland National Park, Milford Sound's astonishing coastal scenery with its majestic peaks and dark blue waters are perfect to capture great Instagram photos. Lake Tekapo is known for it's clear nights and lack of light pollution, making it a great viewing destination. Approximately three hours drive south-west of Christchurch in the Mackenzie Basin, the remarkable turquoise coloured lake is best seen between April and September. #LakeTekapo is one of the best places in New Zealand which offers a multitude of Instagram photo opportunities. Situated on the southern end of Lake Wanaka and within a short drive of Mount Aspiring National Park, the gorgeous Wanaka is just everything you expect it to be and so much more. Located within Westland National Park, Franz Josef is deemed as the gem of New Zealand's West Coast Glaciers, and remains one of the world's greatest sights. This glacier in NZ is perfect to capture great Instagram photos. You can walk right up to the foot of the massive glacier or take a helicopter ride to see the incredible views of the surrounding rainforest and mountains. Treble Cone Ski Area
Love snowboarding? Only 30 minutes drive from the beautiful Wanaka, Treble Cone is known for its unrivalled views. It is also the largest ski area in New Zealand's South Island.
